Bella DiMemmo, an award-winning Permanent Makeup artist and educator, was named the Best Permanent Makeup Artist in the State of Georgia for 2025 by the Georgia Business Journal and the Best Permanent Makeup Artist in Pooler by Pooler Magazine. With nearly three decades of experience in the beauty industry, Bella is recognized for her refined artistry, innovative approach, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Bella began her career 28 years ago after discovering a natural talent for makeup at a young age. She graduated at the top of her class from the Yvonne De Vilar School of Esthetics and went on to build a diverse background in beauty and skincare. After transitioning fully into Permanent Makeup, Bella allowed her esthetics license to lapse; however, in January she will return to aesthetic school in Georgia to reinstate her license and expand her skincare offerings once again.
Fourteen years ago, Bella found her life’s calling in Permanent Makeup. She trained at Look Image Academy in Boston, earning her Master Certification in Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing and quickly becoming known for her technical precision and artistic eye. Since then, she has performed thousands of procedures and grown a successful multi-state PMU practice.
Her specialties include Nano Brows, Powder Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner Tattoo, Dark Lip Neutralization, Areola Restoration, Hair Simulation, Freckles, Beauty Marks, and Stretch Mark Camouflage. Bella is certified through the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM) and has trained with world-renowned educators, including PhiBrows, Will Anthony, Paulina Osinkowska, Courtney Stevens, Test Tattoo, Girlz Ink, Beauttega, Mara Academy, Sculpted Studios, and more.
Bella is also certified in Pico Laser Tattoo Removal. While she does not personally perform laser procedures in Georgia, she collaborates closely with a trusted medical provider to help clients navigate the removal process when necessary. Her laser training enhances her corrective expertise and ensures clients receive the safest approach before beginning new PMU work.
As an educator, Bella is the founder of Inked Elegantly Training, providing in-depth, hands-on instruction and mentorship to aspiring artists. Now eight years into her teaching career, she is known for her clarity, structure, and dedication to helping students achieve beautiful healed results and long-term success.
In addition to her technical work, Bella is a creative force in digital branding. She has produced thousands of marketing templates and media assets for Med Spas across multiple states, helping businesses elevate their image and attract ideal clientele through compelling visual identity.
Bella is permitted by the Chatham County Health Department and licensed with the State of Georgia as a professional tattoo artist. With a reputation built on mastery, integrity, and client care, Bella continues to lead the industry through innovation, education, and a commitment to helping others look and feel their best.
