All Permanent Makeup appointments require a 72-hour pre-care period, which prevents me from filling last-minute cancellations. For this reason, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Only true emergencies qualify for exceptions; non-emergency changes, including schedule conflicts at work, baby sitter, or events, will incur a rescheduling fee.
Pre-care must be followed exactly as instructed. If pre-care is not followed and the procedure cannot be completed due to excessive bleeding or compromised skin integrity, the appointment will need to be rebooked and a rescheduling fee will apply.
